1996

Frank J van den Berg & Adam Rawson became business partners in the mid 1990’s. The young entrepreneurs were involved in many successful industries and specialisations since that time such as cosmetic gift-sets, publishing/magazine embellishment, flexographic printing, trade binding, mail house /direct marketing, FMCG Co-packing as well as primary and secondary Food & Beverage manufacture.

2002

Adam Rawson became CEO of the Co-packing business known as Multipack Pty Ltd. The company specialises in Co-packing and value-added services to the largest local and multinational brand owners, primarily in Personal Care & Household and TGA Pharmaceutical.

2014-2015

Frank J van den Berg became the CEO of the primary Food & Beverage business known as Multipack Foods.

2019

Adam Rawson was introduced to Lance Mills and Jean Pascal Marcel the co-directors of the successful Victorian Co-packer LJM Pty Ltd. LJM NSW Pty Ltd was set up in 2011 and was a certified HACCP and Bonded Store Co-packer in complimentary industries to Multipack. The two business became a 50:50 merged entity on July 1 2019 to create Multipack-ljm Pty Ltd. Adam Rawson remained as the CEO of the merged entity.
